Arons en Gelauff Architecten breaks the retirement community mold with this inventive building in Rotterdam. The elevated footprint allows room for a ground-floor garden and the façade is composed of wavy balconies (so mod!) and the self-cleaning glass windows are colored with over 200 different shades.
